Installation Policy

  1. Yale installation service is for products purchased from Authorize dealer (Retails and Online store) in Singapore only

  2. The price of DDL sold included the installation cost.

  3. Dealer will fix appointment direct with customers using Installation Booking system after payment is made (or down payment is made)

  4. Installers will deliver the DDL and do installation for customers.

  5. According to the regulation of “Noise Control Ordinance” from Environmental Protection Department, installation are not allowed for noisy construction work between 7pm to 7am on weekdays, or anytime on general holidays.

    (The Installation Slot are; Monday – Saturday (AM: 9am – 1pm, PM: 1pm-5pm)

  6. Customers are required to call to Dealers for cancellation or re-scheduling of installation appointment 3 (three) working days in advance.

    Dealers need to send email to ASSA admin and Titanco (warehouse) for any changes made.

  7. Reschedule appointment within 1 or 2 days before appointment, there will be a penalty charge of S$42.80 either to the dealer or customers.

  8. There will be additional $100 will apply on top of installation fee for Urgent installation (inform and install on the day itself).

  9. The Installation system is only allowed to book appointment within 6weeks (from present date). Customers are allowed to purchase DDL first and install on a future date when the house is ready.

  10. If the installation fails due to the on-site environmental factors or change of lock model, ASSA ABLOY Singapore will charge Arrive No Installation Fee $42.80 to dealers/

  11. Warranty – please refer to attachment above (End user warranty)

  12. We do provide 24/7 emergency on-site assistance for under and after warranty.

Shipping Information

 

We understand how important it is that your order arrives promptly.

 

Shipping Policy Lead Time:

Standard lead time is 24 hours after submitting an order. Please note, the lead time does not include the time in transit. Transit times will vary depending on the final destination but will normally occur within 2-4 business days.

*PLEASE NOTE: Lead Time applies to orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday or Public Holiday may not be despatched until the following working day, dependent on your local weekend delivery schedules. Weekend orders are processed on a Monday. 

 

Rural addresses may fall outside of the overnight delivery timeframe.

 

How much is a delivery fee?
We offer a free delivery within New Zealand for all orders to be delivered direct to you. Orders that cannot be delivered by our transport partners may incur a re-delivery fee.


What are my Delivery Options?
At this stage, we only offer standard road delivery.

Can I collect my order or have it overnight express?
At this stage, we only offer standard road delivery.


Where do we deliver to?
We can deliver all across New Zealand, however please note, we are unable to deliver to PO (Post Office) Boxes.

 

When will I receive my order?

If an order is being delivered direct to you, your order will be despatched from Auckland within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. 

 

What if there is a delay in my delivery?

Occasionally external factors may mean your order does not arrive in the above timelines. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if a delay with your order occurs. Installation services may not be available in all areas at all times.
