Unity Slim Smart Lock Referral Campaign – Terms and Conditions
1. Campaign Period
This offer is valid from 17 September 2025 at 12:00 PM to 15 October 2025 at 11:59 PM, inclusive.
2. Eligibility
The promotion is available to residential customers for installations within the Auckland Region, specifically from Pokeno in the south to Puhoi in the north.
This includes suburbs such as Papakura, Pukekohe, Waiuku, Clevedon, Warkworth, Wellsford, Helensville, Orewa, and the North Shore.
Waiheke Island and other Hauraki Gulf islands are excluded from this offer.
3. Offer Details
Customers can choose from two promotional packages:
Unity Slim Smart Lock in Black with standard installation for $599 NZD.
Unity Slim Smart Lock in any powdercoat colour with standard installation for $698 NZD.
These offers are available for a limited time and may be redeemed when used in conjunction with an eligible promotional code.
4. Pricing Conditions
The advertised prices include standard installation only.
Additional charges may apply for non-standard installations, including but not limited to: retrofitting, electrical work, or travel to remote locations.
5. Booking and Availability
Purchase must be made during the campaign period.
We will endeavour to complete installation within two weeks of purchase, however availability is subject to installer schedules and geographic coverage within the eligible Auckland area.
6. Product Availability
Offer is subject to stock availability.
In the event of stock shortages, customers may be offered an alternative product or delayed installation.
7. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before goods are released and installation booking is made, or as otherwise agreed.
Credit card payment via shopyalehome.co.nz is the only accepted payment method.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before installation may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds and returns are subject to the Returns & Warranty Policy outlined on shopyalehome.co.nz.
9. Warranty and Support
The Unity Slim Smart Lock comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, as detailed on the Returns & Warranty page.
Installation workmanship is covered under a 12-month service warranty.
10. Privacy
Customer information collected during this campaign will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Referral Reward Eligibility and Redemption
Referrers are eligible to receive a $20 Prezzy card for each successful referral.
A referral is considered successful when:
The referred customer completes a purchase and installation of a Unity Slim Smart Lock during the campaign period.
The referred customer uses a valid referral code at the time of booking.
The referred customer will be asked to identify who referred them. This information will be verified against our list of registered referrers, and a $20 Prezzy card will be issued to the matching referrer.
Prezzy cards will be issued within 14 business days of confirmed installation.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a person can make, but each referral must be unique and meet the eligibility criteria.
